Deliveries will be despatched the next working day after ordering and can take up to 7 days to arrive.

We are a kerb side delivery service.
The driver is not authorised to carry goods up or down steps to a property.
The delivery driver will be able to wheel the pallet with a pallet truck as far as possible but is not able to remove goods from the pallet or take the pallet away. Whilst our drivers are instructed not to take their vehicle off the roadway to make deliveries, our driver will make every effort with your delivery requirements.
If you require the driver to leave the roadway, it will be at your own risk. Any damage to our vehicle will be chargeable to yourself and any damage to your property is your own responsibility. An indemnity form must be signed before the driver leaves the roadway, if you request the driver to do any action which is not authorised this is at your complete liability.
